Welcome to Prime Finish Painting Service. By purchasing any service or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Appointment Booking

The only product available for purchase through this website is a $1 Appointment Booking Fee used to schedule a FREE painting estimate.

This fee allows us to reserve a time slot, contact you, and arrange an on-site visit to inspect the property and provide an accurate estimate.

Purchasing this service does not guarantee project approval, pricing, or acceptance of any future proposal.

2. Property Inspection Requirement

To provide an accurate estimate, Prime Finish Painting Service must inspect the property in person.

A property owner, tenant, or authorized representative must be present during the appointment.

For safety and liability reasons, our team does not conduct inspections or enter properties without a responsible adult present.

3. Service Area

Our estimates and painting services are currently offered within Orlando, Florida, and surrounding areas.

Appointments outside our service area may be declined or rescheduled.

4. Estimates

All estimates are provided based on the condition of the property at the time of inspection.

Prices, project scope, materials, labor requirements, and timelines may vary depending on site conditions and customer requests.

Written estimates remain subject to approval by both parties before any work begins.

5. Payment Terms

If the customer approves the estimate and chooses to proceed with the project:

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
• The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the project and customer satisfaction.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Cash
• Bank Transfer
• Electronic Transfer

We do not accept personal checks or business checks.

6. Cancellations

Customers may request to reschedule appointments by contacting us in advance.

Repeated cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to be present at the scheduled appointment may result in cancellation of the booking.

7. No Refund Policy

All purchases made through this website are final.

The $1 Appointment Booking Fee is non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, returns, chargebacks, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all information before purchasing the booking service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prime Finish Painting Service shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform services due to weather conditions, natural disasters, emergencies, property access restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the appointment booking service, scheduling an estimate, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
